FAQ - My Practice

1. How do I start psychotherapy?
By finding my website, you have taken the first step in locating the help and support that you need to feel better. Please contact me either by email or phone to set up your initial consultation. 

2. How do I pay for treatment?
Payment is collected by check or cash at the end of each month. You will be provided with a monthly billing statement to submit to your insurance company if you choose to do so.   

3. Do you accept insurance?
I work with many different insurance carriers as an out-of-network provider. You may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your out-of-network carrier benefits. I will provide you with a monthly billing statement to submit to your insurance company.

4. What if I have to cancel my appointment?
Once an appointment hour is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 48 hours advance notice of cancellation. 

5. Where are you located?
I have offices on both the Upper West Side of Manhattan and in White Plains, NY. I have office hours at both locations. Please visit the contact page for maps and directions.
